Fit-Time for Women is a gym specifically for women, catering to every woman by providing them with a safe, warm, and friendly atmosphere in which to exercise. There are many group classes that would benefit your venture to better health as well as a circuit room, cardio equipment and a full weight room. Our facility is available seven days a week for your convenience and our staff is eager to welcome you.
Membership Special - "No Contract" new members can join for $70 enrollment fee plus $36 per month.
Tanning Special - 10 Visits $25 until March 17, 2010
Zero Enrollment Special - State employees can take advantage of Zero Enrollment on all one year paid in full contracts ($365). Must present state identification.

Enrollment Fee: With each new membership there is a $70 enrollment fee. Our intent is to provide each new member with adequate training and incentive when you begin your exercise experience at Fit-Time for Women. The enrollment fee includes an initial Body Fat Analysis and measurements; staff training on cardio equipment; staff training in the Circuit Room, staff training in the "big room" and one personal training session with one of our certified personal trainers or in place of the training session you may opt for a 1 hour massage byb one of our Licensed Massage Therapists.
Fit-Time for Women Extras:
Massage-Time consist of three Licensed Massage Therapists who are available by appointment, Monday - Saturday. While our fitness facility is reserved for women only, Massage-Time welcomes both male and female clients. Massage-Time offers 30, 60 and 90 minute massages. Be sure to call or stop by our facility to schedule a massage!!! Massage-Time was voted BEST MASSAGE IN 2009 by Frankfort residents.
Nail-Time Nail Salon staffs two full time licensed techicians and their services are available to both members and non-members of both genders. Appointments are required. To schedule your appointment, please call (502) 695-0529.
In addition, we offer Tan-Time tanning beds that are also available to both genders, and require NO appointment. We carry lotions and our tanning areas are designed to ensure the clients privacy. Fit-Time members receive a discount on all tanning packages or single visits.
Nutritional products including Beverly Supplements and Monavie Juice.
Fit-Time is a member of the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce. Fit-Time hosts an annual Workout for St. Jude each fall and participates in the Franklin County Cancer Relay for Life. We also take part in various other local events as time and availability permit.

We are planning several fund raisers in addition to our individual efforts. We will have our annual silent auction; we will have our annual yard sale; and we are hoping to have a Zumba Dance Party.

Don't forget to bring in your recycled cans to benefit Relay 2010!!! We are also collecting and recycling old cell phones and ink cartridges!!!
